i guess i just got lost

i have been on such a journey the last 4-5 years.........of being there for so many others, our family deaths, loss, grief, suffering, pain...i guess i just got lost.....i was there for others because of love, not of obligation, but it did take it's toll........since about the fall of last year, i have been having an awakening, so to speak. my heart and mind are re-opening.......to god's grace**goodness**mercy**love. i had all but given up much of my creative life, and that, too, has been awakened, practically exploding!!! hence, my new blog address...when i created my blog, i had no idea what i was doing, and did not take the time to create something that really is personal...about me.

all that being said....i feel better than i have in a very. long. time...and so do the loved ones that were part of that journey......just thought i'd share that....

on a lighter note...last weekend's rain prevented me from doing any landmark photos...i would like to try again this coming weekend...

friends, a garden, and the gift of life

I spent Sat. afternoon at the home of a very dear friend...we were joined by other dear friends, one of them who has survived breast cancer. She was our reason for gathering together and celebrating life. While I was there, I took the opportunity to take photos of a few things, including the garden...
